Introducing the New StringBean Mobile Experience
A rebuilt interface, real-time performance dashboard, and Daily Notes — the StringBean mobile app has been redesigned from the ground up.
The StringBean mobile app has a new look, a new dashboard, and a new way for your team to stay connected. Here's what's changed.
A Dashboard That Shows You What Matters
When you open the app, you now land on a performance dashboard built for people who are moving. Four tiles give you an instant read on your operation: tasks that are Due Soon, In Progress, Overdue, and any flagged Exceptions. Tap any tile and you go straight to the filtered list underneath it — no extra navigation, no digging.
Below that, your personal performance numbers: completions today, this week, and month-to-date, with trend comparisons so you can see where you stand at a glance.
And at the bottom, a live activity feed showing completions, notes, exceptions, and vendor check-ins across your properties as they happen.
Cleaner Navigation, Better Filtering
The app's navigation has been rebuilt from the ground up. A new bottom bar with labeled icons makes it faster to get where you're going. The task list now surfaces your assigned work more clearly, and new filtering lets you instantly narrow by status, date, location, or assignment. Filters stick between sessions so you're not starting from scratch every time you open the app.
Daily Notes: Your Team's Virtual Bulletin Board
This one came straight from you. A lot of our customers told us they needed a fast, informal way to share information across shifts — without creating a formal work order or sending a Slack message that gets buried.
Daily Notes is that. Create a note from your phone, add a photo, and it's immediately visible to your whole team: next shift, management, vendors, whoever needs to know. It shows up in the activity feed, it's searchable, and it lives in the same place as the rest of your operational record.
Works Anywhere — Including Offline
Everything above works without a connection. Complete inspections, create notes, take photos — it all queues and syncs automatically when you reconnect. For teams working in basements, parking structures, or anywhere signal is unreliable, nothing changes.
Available Now
The update is live on iOS and Android. Open your app store and update to get the new experience. If you'd like a walkthrough of what's new, reach out to your StringBean point of contact— we're happy to walk you through it.
